Before placing a deposit, call Justin at 770-527-7295. This phone call is important because it lets us go over every question you have, confirm the puppy you want, and make sure we are all on the same page about the process. Once we talk, we will explain how to send the deposit and how you will receive a detailed receipt that lists exactly what we both agreed to.
A $200 deposit will reserve your puppy and lock in your picking order. First deposit gets first choice, second gets second choice, and so on. We speak with a lot of families and most of our puppies are reserved before they are old enough to go home. A deposit guarantees your spot and gives you more options when pickup time comes.
Deposits
Deposits can be made in person, by personal check, by money order through U.S. mail, or through electronic options like Zelle Quick Pay or Cash App. Any deposit counts toward the final price and will be deducted from your total. If you want to make payments before your pickup date you can, but payments are not required.
Deposits are non-refundable. This is because your puppy is held for you and other families are turned away. If something comes up and you are unable to take your puppy on the agreed pickup date, we will give you a $200 credit toward a future litter. This credit must be used within six months of the original deposit date. If our prices increase or the puppy you choose from a future litter is priced higher, the buyer agrees to follow the current prices at that time.
Puppies can only be handled after they have received their second puppy shot. This is for their safety.
Reserve
To reserve your puppy, place your $200 deposit and complete the Sales Agreement. There are no refunds on deposits or sales. Deposits are optional, not mandatory, but placing one is the only way to secure a puppy and picking order.
After submitting your deposit, print and fill out the sales agreement and bring it with you on pickup day.
